Euphoria’s Dominic Fike slams over fantasising ‘hot’ Amber beating him up

Dominic Fike, who starred in Euphoria, expressed his thoughts on the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard case, however it was more about Heard than the issue, and he is now facing backlash for what he said. On May 27, each party delivered final arguments in the $50 million slander trial.

After weeks of sitting in court, listening to witness after witness and examining evidence in the form of audio, video, and other forms, the jury has began deliberate. After all is said and done, the jury will have to decide whether Heard’s op-ed essay is legally libellous.

So on the other hand, we all know that the situation of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has sparked worldwide debate. It’s all over the internet. Not only have netizens responded to it, but celebrities have also taken sides. Now, Dominic Fike, who plays Elliot in HBO’s blockbuster series Euphoria, has made a remark about it and is facing blowback.

Dominic Fike is a musician as well as an actor in Euphoria. He was in the middle of a concert at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, when he paused and introduced the Aquaman actress.

As Fike said, “Yo, I’m just gonna come straight out and say it. I’m gonna say it. I’m gonna be real with y’all, I think Amber Heard is hot, man.”

Fike continued, “I know it’s not a popular opinion, and it’s not the focus at the moment, dude, but I’ve been having these visions of her just beating me up. I think it’s hot.”

This garnered immediate ire from supporters, who turned to Twitter to express their displeasure with the remark.

Dominic Fike really thought he did something when he said he had visions of Amber Heard beating him up. When in a reality, he just made himself look like a twat and downright disrespectful by romanticising abuse, as if it’s something to brag about. Should be ashamed of himself!
