The last rose for Erich Schwer and Gabby Windey has faded. Two months after becoming engaged on the popular ABC reality show’s 19th season, The Bachelorette couple has split up. A source told E! News that the two had broken up, and a second insider in Bachelor country claimed that Gabby had called it quits earlier in the week.

The insider claimed, “She thought they weren’t united and weren’t on the same page.” Gabby had hoped they could give each other some distance and sort things out, but she ultimately came to the conclusion they had no future.

On October 31, Gabby spoke with a Fox News reporter after Erich and her engagement ring were noticeably missing from her Dancing with the Stars performance that evening.

When questioned if they were still dating, the 31-year-old responded, “I believe life is simply incredibly busy for both of us right now. So while I can appreciate their concern, we’re just kind of pursuing our own separate goals and offering each other encouragement virtually.

The same night, the real estate agent took to his Instagram Stories to urge his fans to support Gabby in the season 31 competition event even if he wasn’t present for it. The ex-couples, though, haven’t shared any photos of one another on Instagram since October 12.

The reality star exclusively revealed to E! News earlier in the month that her fiance was a key reason for keeping her on DWTS even though she wants to “leave every day.”

But before the season finale, text messages that Erich allegedly sent to his ex before joining the program surfaced, casting doubt on the beginning of Gabby and Erich’s engagement.

According to the purported communications, Eric split up with his ex-girlfriend in order to appear on the show and further his career, which the 29-year-old fiercely disputed.

In The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose, Erich said, “I met this girl about a month before this all started, and I had no idea I was going to come here. “I handled it completely terribly,”

Although she made it clear that she didn’t approve of his behavior at the time, Gabby later forgave her then-fiance.

In the episode airing on September 20, Gabby noted, “All I can truly ask for is his honesty and willingness to take the blame.” And it’s a quality I look for in a spouse.
