A social media exchange between Florence Pugh and Zach Braff three months after she publicly announced their breakup has the internet buzzing.

Don’t worry, dear; despite their breakup, Zach Braff and Florence Pugh are demonstrating that they still get along.

In fact, the Black Widow actress, 26, wrote, “I’m deffo bidding on this,” in response to the Scrubs alum’s 47 Instagram post about a chance to win a Zoom chat with him and BFF Donald Faison, with revenues going to “construct specially-designed houses for critically wounded soldiers.”

It is a very excellent cause for veterans, though, as Braff noted in his reply to Pugh on November 10: “@florencepugh I’m sure you could get this for free.”

Fans were thrilled by the social media conversation, which came three months after Pugh said the couple had split up, and one wrote on Instagram, “@florencepugh @zachbraff omg swoon keep going.”

Braff responded in a since-deleted comment with a neutral face emoji after another admirer wrote to him, “@zachbraff 10 points gryffindor on how you’re flirting with @florencepugh here.”

Therefore, despite the fact that Pugh and Braff, who first sparked romance rumours in 2019, are no longer a couple, they still seem to get along. This is because they privately split earlier this year.

“We’ve been trying to do this separation without the world knowing, because it’s been a relationship that everybody has an opinion on,” the Don’t Worry Darling star revealed in a cover story for Harper’s BAZAAR’s September ICONS issue.

“We just felt something like this would really do us the benefit of not having millions of people telling us how happy they are that we’re not together,” she continued. “So we’ve done that.”
