Tobey Maguire and his 16-year-old daughter Ruby, joined for a rare Red carpet appearance at the Babylon premiere in Los Angeles.

On December 15, the 47-year-old actor attended the Babylon Los Angeles premiere with his 16-year-old daughter. Tobey, who has a daughter named Ruby and a boy named Otis, 13, with his ex-wife Jennifer Meyer, dressed elegantly for the event. Ruby, meanwhile, matched her dad’s outfit by donning a red coat, black boots, and an all-black dress.

It would be Tobey’s second on-screen appearance in the eight years following his Pawn Sacrifice role in 2014, in which he also serves as executive producer and acts.

(Last year, the actor returned to his notorious role as Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home with Tom Holland and Andrew Garfield.) And Tobey debunked speculations that he had quit acting before his unexpected comeback to the big screen.

“I’ll do what I feel called to do,” he told in 2019. “I suspect I’ll be excited when I do it. Like, just whenever the calling appears, I guess.”

How likely is it that that calling will involve a different superhero movie? Even if we are certain of the solution now, let’s just say that our senses ought to have been tingling.

“I just don’t really have an ‘I would or wouldn’t do’ mindset,” he admitted. “I’ll just do whatever. … Whatever it is that comes that I feel called to, that may or may not fit in any kind of box.”
