Gold has become expensive in Pakistan by Rs 2,000 per tola.
According to a statement issued by the country’s barter market, the price of gold per tola has reached the highest level in the country’s history of Rs105,100 per tola, while the highest level of ten grams of gold has gone up by Rs 1715 after which the gold price per ten grams is Rs 90106.
On the other hand, gold in the global market has risen by USD 20 after which the price is 1777 per ounce.
It should be noted that the dollar has decreased by 29 paise in the interbank market.
According to the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, the dollar closed at Rs 167.36 in the interbank market, before this US Dollar was at Rs 167.65
