Aamir Khan’s Dil Chahta Hai & Lagaan have a combined box office value of more than Rs 500 crore

In twenty years, tickets will cost more than Rs 200 at every multiplex chain, whereas twenty years ago, they would cost less than Rs 30. Few things support it, whereas few things work against it. However, based only on altered ticket prices, they would increase by Rs 500 crore net.

Laal Singh Chaddha, Aamir Khan‘s most recent theatrical release, was a financial failure; as a result, the star took a vacation from acting.
