Arjun Kapoor was present to support Anshula Kapoor as she walked the ramp

On Thursday for fashion week, Anshula Kapoor walked the runway as Arjun Kapoor sat in the front row and cheered her on. The actor is five years older than his sister, with whom he has a tight bond. Sonakshi Sinha and Antara Motiwala Marwah were also in the show, while Anshula walked the runway with a revealing, glittering corset top and slit skirt.

Anshula may be seen walking down the runway in the light green gown she wore for fashion week in a video posted on Instagram by a paparazzo account. As Anshula walks by, Arjun, who is wearing a green jacket and dark jeans, claps. He stands up, and applauds her one more as she prepares to exit the ramp. “#ArjunKapoor cheers sister #AnshulaKapoor as she walks the ramp at #LakmeFashionWeek in Mumbai #reelswithmanavmanglani.”

In the comments area, viewers discussed the strong link between siblings. Someone commented on Instagram, “That’s so sweet.” “And so nice to see Arjun cheering for her!” Yet another fan shared, “So great… what a transformation.”

Anshula has shared her weight loss journey on social media throughout the past year. Arjun frequently leaves encouraging words for her in the comments area, as do her sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. Arjun posted a flashback photo of the two on Instagram on her birthday last year and included the message, “My co-rider for life! We are in this together. Good, bad or ugly. Happy bday lil sister Anshula Kapoor – you deserve the best always.”

Boney Kapoor, a producer, is the father of Anshula and Arjun. His first wife, Mona Shourie Kapoor, who passed away in 2012, was their mother. Children from Boney’s second marriage to the late star Sridevi include Janhvi and Khushi. Rohan Thakkar, a screenwriter, and Anshula are rumoured to be dating but have never openly admitted it. They had taken a trip to Thailand in December.

Arjun last appeared in the Naseeruddin Shah, Tabu, and Konkona Sensharma action thriller Kuttey. The Lady Killer, starring Bhumi Pednekar, and another untitled movie are also slated for release.
