The price of Dogecoin has fallen by 2.5% in the last 24 hours, to $0.072580, while the whole cryptocurrency market has down by 1%.
DOGE has declined 2% in the last week and 19% in the last 30 days to $0.071741, however the meme coin is up a very modest 2.5% since the beginning of the year.
However, with the coin’s 24-hour trading volume exceeding $500 million today, there has been a surge in liquidity, perhaps making greater gains in the near future more plausible.
With DOGE holders still anticipating for some sort of Twitter payments integration later this year, the token could skyrocket in the following months.
DOGE’s indications are pointing to a significant comeback rally in the near future, with both its relative strength index (purple) and 30-day moving average (red) being discounted.
DOGE’s RSI has increased close to 50 in the last few days, after falling to almost 20 earlier this month, and might rise further soon.
Similarly, its 30-day average has gone below its 200-day (blue) average and may shortly find a bottom, at which point an upward corrective is anticipated.
DOGE’s important resistance level right now is $0.075, and the coin has been driven down from this level multiple times in the last week or two.
In terms of what whales appear to be thinking about DOGE, there has been a mixed bag of activity in the last few days, with some significant holdings transferring the coin to exchanges and others moving it away from exchanges.
