He said its almost been 0ne year Kashmiris are facing Indian aggression, killings and inhumane curfew, lockdown in occupied Kashmir.

We strongly condemn the United Nations, the Security Council and the international human rights bodies for not addressing this purely humanitarian issue.

He said that at the same time no clear message was given to the Indian government to stop the ongoing operation to crush Islam there.

Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman said that this oppressive move of the Indian government will be completed one year on August 5, 2020, all the people of Pakistan should protest against it.

In his speech, Mufti Muneeb said that our Parliament also did not take any step at the international level other than passing a resolution, as a result of which the international community would force India to stop these atrocities.

Mufti Muneeb also condemned the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) and said that despite witnessing such atrocities, not a single OIC summit could be held and no action could be taken at the social and diplomatic level.

“The vote in favour of India’s temporary membership in the Security Council is reprehensible to us,” he said.

Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman has appealed to the Prime Minister to declare a holiday on the third day of Eid and facilitate the sacrifice as many people sacrifice on the third day.

Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman said that there is no difference between science and scholars, we also know the science, we study as much science as you know, Chief Meteorologist of Meteorological Department is our member.

The federal government had announced a holiday on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for the big Eid, sources said, adding that the prime minister had taken the decision in view of economic issues, including wage earners, working-class facilities and lockdown of businesses.

It may be recalled that Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry had claimed to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha on July 31. However, Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman, Chairman Ruwit-e-Hilal Committee, had announced that Eid-ul-Adha would be celebrated on Saturday, August 1.

It should be noted that Prime Minister Imran Khan had appealed to the nation to celebrate Eid-ul-Adha with simplicity and said that if carelessness was taken, the risk of further spread of the virus would increase.
