WhatsApp will soon announce new features
WhatsApp, owned by Meta, has introduced a new feature enabling users to share stickers within channels to enhance communication and user engagement.
According to WaBetaInfo, the ability to share stickers within channels is currently accessible to certain beta testers, with a wider rollout expected in the coming weeks.
WhatsApp aims to diversify channel content by introducing a feature that allows users to share stickers. This capability is accessible after installing the latest WhatsApp beta for Android 2.23.24.19 update from the Google Play Store.
WhatsApp Users can now Share Stickers in Channels
Sending stickers to channels on WhatsApp is now a possibility, albeit currently restricted to certain beta testers. To check if this feature is available for your account, update the app to the latest version on the Google Play Store and open the keyboard in your designated channel.
If the sticker tab is visible next to the emoji keyboard, you can start sending stickers to your channel. Animated stickers are also supported, adding an additional layer of dynamism to your messages.
The introduction of the feature to send stickers to channels enables channel owners to express their thoughts more vividly than traditional text.
Stickers add a new dimension to communication, diversifying content within a channel and enhancing user engagement through reactions.
