Adiala Jail authorities allow PTI leaders to meet former PM 

RAWALPINDI: Adiala Jail authorities allowed Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) leaders to meet former prime minister in jail.

Adiala Jail authorities have allowed 11 leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to meet Imran Khan, including Barrister Gohar Khan, Shoaib Shaheen, Sher Afzal Marwat, Faisal Javed, Zartaj Gul, Umair Niazi and others.

On the other hand, PTI leader Barrister Gohar Khan while talking to the media outside Adiala Jail said that all vehicles are allowed to go but our vehicles have been stopped. The PTI leaders have to walk one kilometer to meet Imran Khan.

Barrister Gohar Khan said that we informed the jail superintendent regarding the closure of the roads and also requested that we be allowed to take the documents with us.

Earlier, The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) announced its supported candidates for upcoming by-elections in Punjab.

PTI Punjab President Hammad Azhar, using the platform “X” (formerly Twitter), disclosed the party’s endorsement of two National Assembly contenders and seven Punjab Assembly candidates.

Azhar revealed that Shehzad Farooq will run as an independent backed by PTI for NA-119, previously held by Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
