ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) allowed the leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Malik Aamir Dogar to go to Umrah.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq heard the request of Aamir Dogar, PTI leader Aamir Dogar was allowed to go abroad once because his name was not on any list.
Islamabad High Court allowed Aamir Dogar to go abroad to perform Umrah and said that Aamir Dogar could go abroad to perform Umrah from April 3 to 9.
The Islamabad High Court issued a notice to the parties for April 22 at the request of Aamir Dogar and directed them to submit an affidavit to the Deputy Registrar.
Earlier, The name of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) leader Sanam Javed was included in the May 9 cases and Mianwali Police reached Lahore to arrest her.
According to the police, two vandalism cases 348/23 and 349/23 were registered in Mianwali police station city on May 9, Sanam Javed’s name has been included as an accused in the already registered cases.
