
CNG prices have been slashed in Punjab and Islamabad.
President All Pakistan CNG Association Ghias Paracha said that the price of CNG in Punjab and Islamabad has been reduced by Rs 7.50 per litre.
The president of the CNG Association said that due to the reduction in the price of LNG in the global market, the rates in the local market have also come down.
On the other hand, the price of petrol had been reduced by Rs 7.6 per litre.
A statement from the Finance Ministry said that the price of diesel has been increased by 5 paise per litre while the price of kerosene has been reduced by 11 rupees 88 paise.
The statement from the Ministry of Finance further said that the price of light diesel has been reduced by Rs 9.37 and the new prices will be applicable from 12 am tonight.
Earlier, according to Petroleum Division sources, the price of petrol had been reduced by Rs7.6 per litre while the price of diesel had been increased by Rs5 per litre.
In addition, the price of kerosene was reduced by Rs 11.88 paise and light diesel by Rs 9.37 paise.
