MG HS price in Pakistan, features and booking date
Morris Garages (MG) Motors Pakistan has officially confirmed that bookings for the locally produced MG HS, now known as the HS Essence, will start from December 12, 2022.
The announcement has generated attention in the automobile industry because the MG HS was previously only offered as fully imported, completely built-up (CBU) units. The “MG HS Essence” Complete Knockdown (CKD) units from MG HS will start to circulate on the roads in a few months.
Javed Afridi, CEO of MG Motors Pakistan, tweeted that reservations for the MG HS Essence will “kick-off” on December 12. (Monday).

It is unknown if MG will allow reservations for MG HS Essence on December 12 given that its CEO, Javed Afridi, is well known for making eye-catching promises that he frequently fails to keep.
Difference Between Imported MG HS and Locally Assembled MG HS
MG Motors Automatic Emergency Braking and Intelligent Speed Assist System have been turned off in Pakistan, while the MG Pilot feature is still present. It’s interesting that the automaker gave the MG HS Essence a Pakistani map.
On the locally built variant, every other feature is offered exactly as the imported variant.
The company stated that it made the decision to disable the functionalities after considering consumer feedback from about 10,000 MG HS (CBU) users.
