Gold rate in Pakistan on Dec 5 up by Rs500 to Rs275,700/tola

The gold rate in Pakistan further increased by Rs500 to Rs275,700 per tola in the local market on Thursday (Dec 5).

The price of 10-gram gold rose by Rs428, reaching Rs236,368, as per the rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).

On Wednesday, the gold price per tola remained stable in Pakistan.

Globally, the price of gold increased on Thursday. According to APGJSA, it stood at $2,645 per ounce (including a $20 premium) after a $5 rise during the day.

Meanwhile, silver rates remained steady at Rs3,400 per tola.
