The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has launched an ambitious initiative, “Creators HQ,” aimed at attracting 10,000 digital content creators to Dubai.

This programme offers support for UAE golden visa applications, relocation assistance, and company setup to help creators establish themselves in the city.

Backed by a AED 150 million ($40.8 million) Content Creators Support Fund, announced at the 1 Billion Followers Summit, this initiative provides access to mentorship programmes, funding opportunities, and creative camps for youth.

The programme welcomes social media influencers, podcasters, visual artists, media professionals, advertising agencies, music producers, animation studios, and fashion brands.

Dubai plans to host over 300 events and workshops annually, covering topics like branding, storytelling, video production, and monetisation strategies.
