Major Update! Yamaha and Unique Increase Motorcycle Prices
Motorcycle prices in Pakistan have gone up again, this time with Yamaha and Unique leading the increase after changes made in the federal budget for 2025–26. The new prices have been in effect since July 1, 2025.
Yamaha Motor Pakistan has increased prices for all its models due to the government’s new Energy Vehicle (NEV) levy and other tax changes. The YB125Z in red or black now costs Rs. 429,000, which includes Rs. 65,441 in sales tax and Rs. 4,057 in NEV levy.
The YB125Z DX, available in red, black, or gray, is now priced at Rs. 459,500. Other popular Yamaha bikes have also become more expensive.
The YBR125, available in red, gray, or black, now costs Rs. 471,500. The YBR125G in black is priced at Rs. 490,500, and the Matt finish version has gone up to Rs. 493,500, making it the most expensive model in Yamaha’s lineup.
After Yamaha, Unique has also raised its prices, starting from July 18, 2025. The company has increased the price of all UD-70cc models by Rs. 3,000.
The basic UD-70cc now sells for Rs. 121,500, while the UD-70cc Extreme Plus is priced at Rs. 125,000. The Special Edition now costs Rs. 128,500, and the Extreme Plus with alloy rims is at Rs. 135,000. The most expensive one, the Selfstart variant, is now priced at Rs. 147,000.
These continuous price increases have come soon after similar hikes by Atlas Honda and Pak Suzuki.
