Gold Rates in Pakistan Today, 07 October 2025
Gold prices in Pakistan went up sharply on Monday, October 6, 2025. The rate of 24-karat gold per tola reached Rs415,278 after an increase of Rs5,400, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
The association said that the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs4,629 to Rs356,033, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold went up by Rs4,243 to Rs326,375.
Experts say the rise is mainly because of higher international gold prices and changes in the interbank exchange rate, which directly affect local prices. In the world market, gold became $54 more expensive, touching $3,940 per ounce. Analysts believe this happened because of global financial uncertainty and inflation fears, which made investors prefer gold as a safe option.
Silver prices also increased. The price of 24-karat silver per tola went up by Rs53 to Rs4,949, while 10 grams rose by Rs45 to Rs4,242. Globally, silver reached $48.50 per ounce, an increase of $0.53.
