In a media statement, Shafiq Shaikh, Head of Corporate Affairs at Pak Suzuki Motor Co. Ltd, confirmed that the ‘Every’ will be showcased at authorized showrooms across Pakistan on October 13, 2024. “Prospective buyers can also take the vehicle for a test drive the same day,” the statement added. “This launch reinforces our commitment to providing customers with innovative, reliable, and affordable mobility solutions.”
Known as the leading automobile manufacturer in Pakistan, Pak Suzuki produces popular models like the Alto, Swift, and Cultus, and leads the country’s passenger car market by volume.
Auto sector expert and former PAAPAM chairman Mashood Khan believes the Every will fill a gap in the market segment left by the Bolan, predicting strong performance for the new model.
The ‘Every’ is versatile, suitable for use as both a school van and a small commercial vehicle, similar to the Bolan. Auto experts have welcomed this new, affordable vehicle in the Pakistani market, with Usman Ansari, an auto analyst and founder of carspirit.pk, commenting that the Every may outperform the Bolan, which lacked modern features and comfort.
Expected to be priced between Rs2.6 million and Rs2.7 million, analysts believe the Every’s affordability and updated safety features will appeal to customers.
However, Abrar Polani, an auto analyst at Arif Habib Limited, pointed out that while the price range should facilitate easier financing, the lack of an automatic version may be a drawback, as automatic vehicles are increasingly in demand.
With demand for vehicles under 1000cc on the rise, analysts expect the Every to be a strong contender in the market.
