Duke of Cambridge Feels ‘Disdain’ Towards His Father

Royal historian and author, Robert Lacey wrote in his book ‘Battle of Brothers’, about a time when the Duke of Cambridge detested his father and was often caught up in a number of heated arguments with him.

The father son duo appeared to share an unbreakable bond but we now see that it is not so.

Lacey wrote in the book, “In the years after her 2005 marriage to Prince Charles, Camilla has recounted to her own family and close friends her surprise at discovering this unexpected side to Prince Charming – ‘the boy’s got a temper!’”

He wrote, “Charles’s wife had been horrified at the ranting and raving that on occasion, William had unleashed against her husband in her presence”.

The author openly claimed that William felt “disdain and aggression toward his father that has lasted to the present day.”

According to U.S. Weekly, William once shouted at Charles, “I hate you, Papa. I hate you so much.”
