The House of Gucci actress told The Hollywood Reporter that she had a “terrible” time during her auditions when she was a young aspiring actor.

She admitted that she would “freeze” at auditions, ensuring that she would never get cast.

“I was terrible at auditioning. I was so bad. I could never get a role. I used to just freeze.”

Gaga remembers an audition for a LensCrafters ad, which she didn’t get because she froze in the middle of it. “I would stand there and go, ‘Oh my God. Ah! You gotta do this perfect. I’m not making my dad proud.’ “
