According to a royal expert, the Countess of Wessex has ‘undoubtedly profited’ from Megxit since her profile has ‘risen.’

Russel Myers, a royal specialist, has now revealed how the mother-of-celebrity two’s has grown since the Duke and Duchess of Sussex relocated to California last year.

Myers addressed this on True Royalty TV’s The Royal Beat: “Will the Instagram generation be as enthralled by Sophie and Edward Wessex as they are by the Sussexes? Clearly not.” When you’re dealing with them, though… Sophie is quite knowledgeable about her subject.

“It isn’t just for show, and she has matured into it. The Wessexes will surely gain from the Sussexes’ absence.”

“The parallels between Sophie and Meghan are there to be seen,” the royal expert added, pointing out the similarities between Meghan and Sophie’s hobbies.
