Khloe Kardashian is apparently ‘excited to meet someone new,’ putting the past behind her and looking forward to the future for love endeavours.

After Tristan Thompson took a paternity test and admitted to fathering a child while they were together, the 37-year-old social media guru is dipping her toes back into the dating pool.

Khloe, who has a three-year-old daughter with the NBA player, recently said that she’s still working out their ‘complicated’ relationship in a clip from their upcoming Hulu programme, The Kardashians, in which the former pair sat down and chatted.

‘Khloe is getting back out there and ready to move on from Tristan,’ a source told E! News. ‘She seems open to it and is interested in going out and having fun.’

The founder of Good American is optimistic about a swift resolution and expects to locate a new man in the coming weeks and months.

‘She is slowly getting out on the dating scene and excited to meet someone new,’ the insider added.

Khloe’s family and friends have been “super supportive” of her in recent months, and she is currently “in a really good place.”

Another source said: ‘She feels a sense of relief and excitement to move on to the next chapter, and is open to what the future holds.

‘Khloe is a really optimistic person and knows she will find love again.’

After a paternity test proved he fathered a child with Maralee Nichols, Tristan apologised to Khloe in January.

Khloe didn’t deserve the ‘heartache and humiliation’ he’s brought her, according to the 31-year-old basketball player.

He wrote on his Instagram Stories at the time: ‘Today, paternity test results reveal that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols. I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.

‘I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.

‘Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the way I have treated you over the years.’

Keeping up with the Kardashians, which premiered on the E! network in 2007 and ended in 2021 after 14 years and 20 seasons, rocketed the renowned family from the San Fernando Valley to prominence.

The new Hulu show will premiere on April 14 and will include some of Kim’s six-year divorce from Kanye West, as well as Khloe’s struggles with Tristan Thompson’s paternity scandal.

‘I wish I never had to talk about that because it’s not a fun thing to talk about,’ Khloe said in a Variety interview. ‘But it is part of my journey in life, so we will see it on the show.’

Khloe Kardashian remarked in a voice over during a sneak peek segment of The Kardashians where she was playing chess with Tristan and True:’Tristan and I are complicated.’

In another clip, Khloe informed Tristan, ‘Trust takes time,’ as he watched with a solemn expression on his face.

Tristan had a child with Jordan Craig, a son named Prince, who is now five years old, prior to his romance with the Good American founder.
