Patrick Mahomes marries Brittany Matthews, high school sweetheart, in Hawaii.

Mahomes, the star quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs, married his longtime girlfriend, Brittany Matthews, in Hawaii on Saturday.

Mahomes and Matthews have known each other since they were in high school at Whitehouse High School in Texas. Matthews is a fitness instructor who co-founded the Kansas City Current, a NWSL franchise.

Sterling, the couple’s one-year-old daughter, was born in February 2021.

Patrick’s younger brother, Jackson Mahomes, served as best man, and Chiefs teammate Travis Kelce was among the groomsmen.

On September 1, 2020, the day the Chiefs received their Super Bowl rings, Mahomes proposed to Matthews.
