Photos: Twitter’s Biggest Question For Tracee Ellis Ross’ Stylist

Tracee Ellis Ross did not disappoint at the 94th Annual Academy Awards, when red was the “it” colour for Hollywood’s most attractive women.

She was accompanied by presenters Rosie Perez and Jennifer Garner, as well as this year’s Best Supporting Actress winner Ariana DeBose, who received a statue for “West Side Story” (via Town & Country).

Ross wowed in a ruby red Carolina Herrera gown with a mermaid length and matching shawl wrap over her shoulders as she stepped out to present the award for Best Adapted Screenplay with co-presenter Shawn Mendes.

According to Town & Country, she even wore a gorgeous Niwaka necklace to accent the vintage Hollywood look with a modern twist.

All eyes, however, were drawn to her neckline, which some may describe as much beyond plunging.

Indeed, it appeared as if Ross experienced a wardrobe malfunction akin to Janet Jackson’s 2004 Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction, and social media couldn’t stop talking about it (via Women’s Health).

Viewers at home couldn’t help but notice how little coverage Ross’ gown offered and were impressed it managed to stay up while she was on stage as she presented the nominees and then the winner for Best Adapted Screenplay (the Oscar went to Sian Heder for “CODA,” according to The Guardian), and were impressed it managed to stay up while she was on stage.

One Twitter user said, “Tracee Ellis Ross trusts that dress more than I’ve ever trusted anybody.”

“Give an Oscar to Tracee Ellis Ross’ b*** tape,” wrote another, implying that a prop should have won an Oscar because of her clothing.

Another Twitter user expressed fear watching Ross present, saying, “I love Tracee Ellis Ross, but her dress makes me nervous. I’m afraid [her] b*** is about to pop out.”

Finally, another Twitter user felt fear for Ross and what she could have experienced. “Love me some @TraceeEllisRoss, but not a huge fan of this dress,” the user wrote.

“Maybe it’s just me. I’m afraid for her something may fall out. Just sayin.” It seems the viewers were wondering how Tracee Ellis Ross’ stylist managed to keep her dress staying put.
