Sydney Sweeney Is Back to Blonde After a Redhead Interlude

Sydney Sweeney isn’t a redhead anymore.

The Euphoria actress, 24, has returned to her natural blonde colour after dyeing her hair red for the upcoming film National Anthem. Sweeney posed for photographers with her signature shoulder-length hairstyle at the Teen Vogue Celebrates New Hollywood event on Wednesday.

The White Lotus actress wore a black Brandon Maxwell dress with a sheer skirt and v-cut bodice, as well as edgy nail art, to the event.

Sweeney was honoured at the event as a member of Teen Vogue’s New Hollywood Class of 2022.

On her Instagram storey, the rising star teased fans with a selfie and a clip of herself sticking her tongue as she prepared for the event.

She also shared a close-up of her nail art, which complemented her dress perfectly.

Sweeney, who recently got engaged to her boyfriend Jonathan Davino, walked the red carpet at the Film Independent Spirit Awards earlier this month with strawberry blonde hair.

On March 3, she debuted her fiery red strands on Instagram.

Sweeney wore her long ginger bangs and curls in the social media photo, with her hair partially covered by a red bandana. Sweeney was also seen in the photo wearing gold earrings and a plaid shirt.

She simply captioned the photo “Penny Jo,” the name of her character, and tagged the official National Anthem movie Instagram account.

Halsey, Paul Walter Hauser, and Simon Rex also appear in National Anthem. “The film revolves around a gritty hunt for a valuable rare Lakota Native American Ghost Shirt,” according to Deadline.
