Emmerdale fans are convinced that Meena Jutla is in risk as they have ‘worked out’ that prison guard Ian isn’t being completely truthful.

Fans think Meena Jutla is in danger they think prison guard Ian might be ‘hiding something’.

The evil serial killer’s trial has started now, with Manpreet Sharma who set to take the stand later and give her testimony, in what will no doubt be a tough thing for her, as she has to recount her sister  put her through.

During last night’s episode, Meena was flirting with the guard Ian, before she made her way to the dock to face the judge, jury and the rest of the court. Meanwhile, some belief Meena is in danger when she flirts with Ian and they predict he has an ulterior motive.

One fan wrote on Twitter wrote: “Does anyone else think ‘Ian’ is an undercover copper getting info on Meena?” second shared their own theory, adding: “Is Ian a double agent? #emmerdale.”

A third said: “Now I’ve been thinking … Ian the prison officer who is actually a police officer who’ll be called as a last minute character witness to wipe the smug smile off Meena’s face, once & for all. The villagers need justice.”

Actress Paige Sandhu said “Meena actually does smash it, she does give the performance of a lifetime. Even with the defense she blows it out of the park. She breaks down in tears, she’s very convincing. There’s no hint of the mask slipping at all,”

“Then with the prosecution he does go for her, but to her credit she deals with his attacks better than anyone else. I think she does manage to, in her mind, sway the jury and bat the prosecution away. I think she did a really good performance.”
