Fern Britton is in constant pain and waiting on a surgeon’s list

An English author and TV presenter, Fern Britton She co-presented Breakfast Time in the 1980s before hosting the BBC One cookery game show Ready Steady Cook from 1994 to 2000. From 1999 to 2009, she hosted ITV’s This Morning.

Awaiting surgery for painful arthritis in her knee and shoulder, Feren Britton revealed.

Fern Britton, 64, revealed she is waiting for knee and shoulder surgery due to “agonizing arthritis setting in everywhere”. Yoga has helped the author keep her mind and body in shape.

The former This Morning host says she “falls out of bed” at 8 a.m. and immediately rolls out her yoga mat.

She said, “My knee is really bad and so is my shoulder,”

“It’s very boring when your body starts to be in pain most of the time, but yoga helps,”
