Miley Cyrus mother has asked for a divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus

According to reports, Tish Cyrus, Miley Cyrus‘ mother, has filed for divorce from Billy Ray Cyrus after nearly 30 years of marriage.

The film producer, whose real name is Leticia Jean Cyrus, filed divorce papers in Tennessee last week, according to TMZ on Monday.

Tish cited “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the divorce, according to court documents seen by the source, with the 54-year-old saying that she and Billy Ray have not lived together for more than two years. Tish has asked the court to divide all marital assets equally, according to reports.

The pair, who married in 1993, has four children: Noah, 22, Trace, 33, Braison, 27, and Brandi, 34, as well as Billy Ray’s son Christopher Cody, 30, with ex Kristin Luckey.
