THE PRINCE OF ENGLAND and MEGHAN MARKLE have landed in the Netherlands for their first European performance since Megxit.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who saw the Queen and Prince Charles in private yesterday, were photographed visiting the Invictus Games venue.
The pair, who are set to leave the throne in March 2020, are said to be accompanied by a Netflix documentary team.
Harry, who was dressed in a white shirt and blue suit, was snapped holding a calendar, while Meghan, who was clad in a beige coat, grinned in the background.
Last year, the two negotiated a massive Netflix contract totaling £112 million.
Their first project, an Invictus Games documentary with an Oscar-winning production crew, was unveiled.
The Sussexes travelled to the Netherlands for the Games, which run from April 16 to 22, and are anticipated to be accompanied by a video team during their journey.
Both have been granted “VVIP” status by Dutch police during their visit, which means they will be protected by a “high-level multi-agency protection programme,” according to reports.
Their request for an armed private security squad was previously denied by Dutch authorities, but their bodyguards are alleged to have communicated with officials.
It comes amid Harry’s continuing legal dispute with the British government over the removal of his taxpayer-funded Met Police armed guards after he stepped down from royal duties.
The couple has been told that there is “no genuine threat” to their safety, and they will remain in their home.
