Ranveer Singh has had a string of hit films. Following 83, he will appear in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, Jayeshbhai Jordaar, and Cirkus. Recently, he has been busy filming Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Alia Bhatt.

Ranveer Singh recently spoke about his role in Karan Johar’s film and expressed his gratitude for the opportunity. Ranveer also talked about working with Alia Bhatt.

Ranveer told ETimes, “I am honoured to be Karan Johar’s leading man. He’s made cult films that we have grown up on. It’s a Karan Johar romantic family dramedy, a genre that he has full ownership of.”

He added, “In spite of being on familiar territory, we are still, between ourselves, trying to push the envelope in terms of characterisation. He has put together a stellar cast. Every character is bringing so much value, and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with all these fine actors.”

The actor said he and Alia Bhatt get along well and that she brings out the best in him as a performer. It is a feel-good family entertainer that Ranveer is eager to present to the audience now.

This is Alia’s second collaboration with Ranveer Singh. They previously starred in Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy.
