Rapper DaBaby,  shot an intruder at his mansion in North Carolina

According to TMZ, DaBaby shot a man who was encroaching on his North Carolina property on Wednesday, April 13.

According to accounts, DaBaby was at home when an intruder trespassed onto the $2.3 million Troutman estate at approximately 7:45 p.m.

After exchanging words with the intruder, the rapper, born Jonathan Kirk, is claimed to have fired at his leg, according to a source.

“I shot him in the leg,” a guy said over the phone to 911 dispatchers.

“He’s trespassing on my land,” the man stated when the operator asked why he did it. I have no idea why he’s here. What he’s come for, what he’s here to take, what he’s here to do… Until you men arrive, he’s neutralised.”

Iredell Country Emergency Communications provided the six-minute emergency call, which WCNC got afterwards.

There have been no arrests in connection with the event, which police have described as a “isolated” occurrence that poses “no threat to the community at large.”
