Rihanna gives ASAP Rocky a hug on the last day of their Barbados vacation, just hours before he was arrested on a weapons charge

In the closing hours of their Barbados holiday, Rihanna enjoyed a tender moment with her rapper boyfriend A$AP Rocky, before he was arrested at LAX on Wednesday for shooting an acquaintance.

The pair spent time in Barbados with Rihanna’s family before returning to Los Angeles on April 20, when a ‘blindsided’ Rocky (actual name: Rakim Mayers) was detained at LAX airport on accusations of assault with a dangerous weapon as ‘an equally stunned’ Rihanna watched.

The rapper was spotted throwing his arms around his pregnant girlfriend just hours before his arrest, as they took one more trip to the beach before departing the Caribbean island.

Rihanna resumed her pregnant fashion parade by swimming in the ocean in a revealing £207 sequinned bikini and £180 wrap skirt by Oséree.

The tasselled red and orange bikini top with the small green skirt showed off her baby belly.

As she ate a mango while putting her toes in the water, the celebrity, who is expecting her first child with Rocky in a few weeks, seemed comfortable and joyful.

The duo was spotted hugging one other while conversing with Rihanna’s family, who had joined them on the beach excursion.

For the beach visit, Rocky wore a bright sweatshirt and basketball shorts, and he went barefoot as he joined Rihanna in the ocean.

The photographs were shot just hours before the pair flew home after a five-day trip to Rihanna’s house, where they were joined by members of Rocky’s family for an Easter holiday.

When Rihanna and Rocky returned to the United States later on Wednesday, their beautiful holiday took a turn for the worst.

Rocky was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon in connection with a shooting in Hollywood in November 2021 when he arrived at Los Angeles International Airport on a private jet with Rihanna.
