Sonakshi Sinha congratulates father Shatrughan Sinha on winning Asansol Lok Sabha seat in West Bengal

The counting for the bypolls on the Asansol Lok Sabha seat in West Bengal came to a close. In which Trinamool Congress candidate Shatrughan Sinha had won by a margin of over 3 lakh votes over BJP candidate Agnimitra Paul. Shatrughan’s daughter, star Sonakshi Sinha, shared the news on her Instagram Stories. Emphasising her father’s “historic margin of victory.”

Sonakshi told the first anecdote while the results were still being counted and Shatrughan was winning by 84,000 votes. She adorned a screenshot of a news website’s piece with a “Yay” sticker.

Luv Sinha, Sonakshi’s brother, also wrote a post about his father, calling him an inspiration and praising the people of Asansol. He put praises and love for his father in the caption of the same photo.
