Lee Jung-jae, the lead actor in Netflix’s blockbuster series Squid Game, is preparing for the Cannes Film Festival premiere of his directorial debut film Hunt.
The premiere will take place at the Midnight Screening area of Cannes, which is devoted to thrillers and genre films.
Jung-jae took to social media to showcase the poster for his upcoming film, in which he will feature with Jung Woo-sung.
The Cannes Film Festival runs from May 17 to May 28 in France, but the premiere date for Jung-Hunt jae’s has yet to be announced.
Hunt (also known as Namsun) tells the story of two special agents in Korea’s National Intelligence Service who are both assigned to discover a North Korean mole within the agency.
During their investigations, the two come face to face with an unimaginable reality, yet they must fulfil their respective objectives at all costs.
