Kourtney Kardashian, the reality star, celebrated her 43rd birthday on Monday, and her soon-to-be husband, Travis Barker, didn’t hold back in declaring his love for her in a touching social media message.

Travis Barker, 46, opened the Instagram description with, “My best friend, my lover, my everything,” beside a black and white shot of him hugging her from behind. “Happy Birthday @kourtneykardash I love you ♾.”

Shortly after, Kourtney wrote back, “All I could ever dream of and more ♾.”

Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian received birthday greetings from her sisters Kim, Khloe, Kendall, and Kylie Jenner, as well as the Blink-182 drummer’s daughter Alabama Luella, 16, son Landon Asher, 18, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, 23.

After attending the Grammy Awards together on April 4, Barker married Kourtney in a “practise” wedding ceremony at One Love Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. Because they didn’t have a marriage certificate, the Poosh founder later explained that the ceremony was not legally binding.

She posted a series of images from the unplanned wedding on Instagram a few days after it took place.

“Found these in my camera roll. Once upon a time in a land far, far away (Las Vegas) at 2am, after an epic night and a little tequila, a queen and her handsome king ventured out to the only open chapel with an Elvis and got married (with no license). Practice makes perfect,” she wrote.

Although Kardashian’s famous family wants to be a part of the festivities, a source recently told PEOPLE that the couple plans to take a more personal approach to their future nuptial celebration.

“They don’t want a big wedding. They want an intimate ceremony and party for family and close friends. Kourtney’s family wants to be a part of it,” the insider said, noting that since it’s her first wedding, the Kardashian/Jenner family “wants to throw her a bridal shower, a bachelorette party and celebrate as much as possible.”

Meanwhile, Barker described how the two are alike in a cover story interview with Billboard, which was released only days after their Las Vegas wedding.

“We’re very similar, with our backs to the wall,” Barker said. “We have no quit, and I need someone like that in my life.”

In October, Barker proposed to Kardashian on the beach in Montecito, California, and she accepted. Their relationship was previously verified by PEOPLE in January 2020.
