Ezra Miller’s legal issues do not appear to be going away anytime soon. After being jailed twice in Hawaii, the actor is now accused of music theft by two of his former partners. The two, who have previously worked with Ezra, have stated that they want to sue the actor. In the DC Extended Universe, Ezra Miller is most recognised for his role as Wally West, aka The Flash.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, music producer Oliver Ignatius and rapper Ghais Guevara alleged that Ezra published a piece of music they cooperated on without their consent or credit.

The two claimed to have worked together, but the endeavour broke apart. Ezra, on the other hand, eventually published the unfinished recordings on his own.

Oliver said, “What Ezra did was commit an … extremely unethical and hurtful act.”

Ignatius said. “They stole from artists that have fewer resources than them but maybe have art that Ezra wants… The person I thought I knew was a much gentler soul than the person that we’re seeing right now. It’s been a very concerning journey.”

Oliver explained that the project went apart mainly owing to Ezra’s behaviour concerns and legal issues, “We all had high hopes that it was going to be a project that was beautiful, that was going to be meaningful for us. But it didn’t really pan out that way. They seemed to be heading out into deep waters. They were going through a scorched earth-type fallout with their Hollywood career. They were severing many of the relationships in their life and seemed to be on a very dangerous spiral.”

Ghais went on to say that the two want to take Ezra to court right immediately. He stated that he owns the song’s rights and that he intends to sue for damages. He also stated that they attempted to address the situation on their own, but that a meeting with Ezra was “neither good nor conciliatory.”

Ezra will star in his own DCEU film, The Flash, which will be released on June 23, 2023. Michael Keaton, Ben Affleck, Kiersey Clemons, and Sasha Calle also feature in the Andrés Muschietti film.
