In ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout,’ Tom Cruise finally lets loose on Henry Cavill’s beard

Tom Cruise, whose current film, Top Gun: Maverick, has been generating headlines, recently commented on his appearance in the 2018 film Mission Impossible – Fallout opposite Henry Cavill.

During an interview with BBC Radio 1, the Hollywood A-lister discussed his toilet brawl with Cavill.

“I’m telling you, we looked at it in rushes over and over,” Cruise remarked of the scene in which Cavill’s beard becomes thicker as he approaches Cruise.

“‘How did you do it, Henry?’ said the editing room. OK, he’s talented enough to accomplish it. I remember thinking to myself, ‘This is great!’ when I watched the take and he did it. This is incredible.’ I wish I could grow that kind of beard. “I was thinking, ‘That happened,'” he continued.

“But you had to play it back, and you could play it back in slow motion, and I’m still stumped.” “It’s the most bizarre thing,” he remarked.
