Harrison Ford has confirmed that the highly awaited fifth episode in the ‘Indiana Jones’ film franchise will be released in theatres on June 30, 2023.
According to sources, at the ‘Star Wars’ event in Anaheim, California, the actor revealed the release date and first look of the last film in the series.
He informed the crowd that the film is almost finished and would once again contain John Williams’ soundtrack.
Ford will reprise his role as the famed hero archaeologist in the film, which will be helmed by James Mangold, who previously directed ‘Logan.’
Antonia Banderas, Mads Mikkelsen, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renee Wilson, and Thomas Kretschmann are among the cast members.
The script was co-written by Jez Butterworth, John-Henry Butterworth, and Mangold.
