Witness describes Amber Heard as “jealous and crazy”

Before appearing in court, a witness in Hollywood actor Johnny Depp’s defamation lawsuit labelled actress Amber Heard “jealous and crazy” on Twitter.

According to a news outlet, Morgan Night took the stand and admitted to writing a disparaging tweet about the actress on April 21.

In reaction to a tweet from the account @ThatUmbrella, the hotel owner resorted to Twitter.

The original tweet read: “Depp said she had ‘taken happy something.’ Deep is accused of ‘removing her hand and yelling at Amber’.”

In response, Night wrote on the micro-blogging platform: “That never happened. I was with them all night. Amber was the one acting all jealous and crazy.”

Depp’s legal team put Night to the stand because he owns a luxury trailer park that Depp, Heard, and their pals visited in 2013.

The actress earlier claimed that her ex-husband grabbed a female companion by the wrist at a trailer park in Hicksville, but Night refuted this story, claiming that he “never saw Depp get physical with anyone.”

He then recalls seeing Depp and Heard get into an altercation.

He said: “She was upset at him and she was yelling at him … He was kind of cowering and seemed almost afraid, and it was really, like, odd to see because he was older than her obviously, but I just went back in the house.”

Night also made the courtroom chuckle when he acknowledged that he isn’t a fan of the star.

“You are a fairly big admirer of Johnny Depp, aren’t you?” he was questioned at first.

“I am not,” Night answered in response.

After Depp sued her for defamation for a 2018 essay she wrote about being a victim of domestic abuse, Heard is countersuing him. The trial is expected to wrap sometime this week.
