The much-discussed, awaited, and anticipated biographical film Major, directed by Adivi Sesh, opened in theatres tonight. A special midnight showing of FDFS was attended by Martyr Sandeep Unnikrishnan’s parents, as well as a number of celebrities.

During the screening, the actor was photographed as he shared joyous moments with Sandeep’s parents. He also dedicated the film to them by posting a photo of them on Instagram.

The audience’s enthusiastic response to delivering the narrative of a true soldier to the big screen is being recorded by Major. The team also had a special screening before the big release in a number of places, and the response was very positive.

The film was directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka and was shot simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi, and Malayalam. Major tells the forgotten story of Mumbai’s braveheart Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who was killed in the 2008 Mumbai attacks.
