The Juror responded to Heard and her attorney’s assertions that social media influenced decision-making in the six-week-long public trial during their interview with the publication, according to ET Canada. “We followed the evidence,” they said, adding that “myself and at least two other jurors do not use Twitter or Facebook.” Others who had it made a point of not discussing it.” As per jurors, “a lot of Amber’s story didn’t add up” , and that “the majority of the jury felt she was more the aggressor.”
“The crying, the facial expressions that she had, the staring at the jury,” the juror said, describing how they all picked up on the hints when Heard was presenting her evidence.. All of us were very uncomfortable…. She would answer one question and she would be crying and then two seconds later she would turn ice cold.” They revealed that some Jury members described Heard’s testimony with the phrase “crocodile tears.” “What I think is truthful was that they were both abusive to each other,” the Juror said, despite the fact that his final thoughts on the case were that the violence was mutual.
