The Disney problems don’t appear to be going away anytime soon. When losing its self-governing status in Florida, the business is facing new scrutiny after a video of a Disneyland Paris marriage proposal being disrupted went viral.

According to ‘Deadline,’ the video has sparked outrage online for destroying a couple’s cherished moment.

According to ‘Newsweek,’ the video, which was first shared on Reddit and has now gone viral, has received 85,000 upvotes.

Before ascending a platform in front of Cinderella’s Castle to drop the question, the guy proposing marriage to his fiancée allegedly sought permission from a park staffer.

A man employee dashes into the scene, darts between the two, and takes the ring box as he drops to his knees carrying a ring box.

He then steps down from the platform and motions to the couple to finish their ceremony there.

According to ‘Newsweek,’ a Disney spokeswoman said:  “We regret how this was handled. We have apologised to the couple involved and offered to make it right.”

In 2018, a man sued the firm after it disrupted his proposal at Disney World in Orlando. An employee was also accused of physical harassment in the case.
