
Drake responds to criticism of his new album
- Drake’s album Honestly, Nevermind will be released at midnight on June 17th.
- Just hours earlier, streaming platforms announced Beyonce’s album would be released on July 29th.
- His new project will arrive less than a year after his most recent album Certified Lover Boy.
While Drake’s new album is keeping the specifics under wraps, he did release the album cover, which contains iridescent and edgy writing set against a black backdrop.

Thank Me Later (2010), Take Care (2011), Nothing Was the Same (2013), Views (2016), and Scorpion are among his other works (2018).
Drake has continuing to make history in the music business with his 47 Grammy nominations. He broke the record for the most top 10 Billboard Hot 100 hits and Billboard Hot 100 entries ever two years ago.
Drake, who is the father to 4-year-old Adonis, was recently featured in Jack Harlow’s new song and music video for “Churchill Downs,” which has had over 11 million views in less than a month.
When it comes to his songwriting process, though, Drake told Rap Radar that it takes time to create fresh songs.

In 2019, he claimed, “I’ll go like three weeks without producing songs, simply because I’m just kind of enjoying life.” “I like living and socialising with others. Investing in human relationships is only improving my music.”
Rapper also stated, “I have to do two things every album. I have to give the people that like to hear the singing enough to hold on to, and I have to give [Le]Bron enough bars.”
