The young mother, despite claims to the contrary, maintains her safety and tells the media outlet that Miller assisted her in fleeing an allegedly “violent and abusive ex” and provided “a safe environment for [her] three very young children.”

According to Rolling Stone, the case was dismissed when both parents failed to show up in court when the mother was pursuing a domestic violence case and a paternity lawsuit against the father of her children in Hawaii in May. According to reports, the father has refuted every abuse claim.

Since the previous two months, controversy has surrounded The Flash actor. An 18-year-worried old’s parents in North Dakota accused the actor earlier this month of allegedly grooming their son through “psychologically manipulative behaviours,” which the boy vehemently rejected. The actor had already had two arrests in Hawaii for acting in an unruly manner in a local pub.

Earlier, in order of protection against Ezra Miller on behalf of their kid, the parents of an 18-year-old called Tokata Iron Eyes have filed documents seeking a court.

According to the file seen by ‘Deadline,’ “Ezra Miller utilises assault, intimidation, the threat of violence, fear, psychosis, delusions, and narcotics to keep power over a young teenage Tokata.”

The 18-year-parents old’s claim the two met when their child was 12 at the Standing Rock Reservation in North Dakota. Miller allegedly offered Tokata beer and narcotics and flew him to London, as well as Vermont, New York, California, and Hawaii, according to the parents.

Miller was arrested twice in Hawaii earlier this year, first for a bar brawl and the second time for second-degree assault.

On June 23, 2023, ‘The Flash’ will be released in theatres. Ezra Miller also participated in the Warner Bros. film ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them,’ but is no longer associated with the franchise. A hearing has been scheduled for next month to answer the parents’ complaint, according to ‘Deadline.’
