Kanye West and Chaney Jones break up after 5 months together

The insider shares, “Kanye West is currently single. He ended it with her,” added, “Kanye’s been really busy with work. He had a lot of fun with her but is focused on other things right now.”

The separation comes about five months after the couple was originally connected more together. The two fueled relationship speculations when they were photographed shopping in Miami’s Mal Harbour in late February, only a few weeks after Ye concluded his brief affair with Uncut Gems actress Julia Fox. Ye later re-posted a paparazzi photo from the outing to Instagram, implying that the two were dating.

A different insider told E! News at the time that Ye was “having fun” with Chaney and that he “likes her company,” but that the Donda 2 rapper “would drop anything” for a second chance with his ex-girlfriend Kim Kardashian, who has been dating Pete Davidson since late last year.

However, in early June, Chaney’s followers began to anticipate trouble in paradise when they realised that she had removed all but two photographs from her Instagram profile. Around the same day, Ye was spotted at a Top Gun: Maverick screening without Chaney.

Chaney has been active on social media, posting a Boomerang video of a bubbling drink on June 7 with the caption “Tuesday 3:17 PM.”
