Katharine McPhee wishes her husband a happy Father’s Day with photos

• Katharine McPhee wished husband David Foster a happy father’s day on Instagram.
• American Idol’ runner-up captioned photo: ‘Happy Father’s to the man who loves me like I could have only dreamed of & who made me complete in life’.

In the first photo, Katharine McPhee, Foster, and their 1-year-old newborn boy, Rennie, were all in one shot, with Foster carrying Rennie in his arms while the toddler placed his little hand on a piano.

The cute photo was one of a series of photos uploaded by McPhee that showcased the couple’s extensive family, including Foster’s five kids from previous marriages, Allison, Amy, Sara, Erin, and Jordan. McPhee and Foster’s vintage wedding photo featured Foster’s five kids.

McPhee concluded in her post, “You’ve only made bringing Rennie into the world an absolute joy for me. To many more adventures baby! I love you to the moon and back.”

McPhee and Foster married at a London church in June 2019. When McPhee was a competitor on the fifth season of “American Idol” and Foster was a mentor on the singing competition series, the two first met in 2006. While on vacation in Italy in July 2017, Foster proposed to McPhee with a massive emerald diamond ring.

Rennie, the couple’s newborn baby boy, was born in February 2021.
