  • Heather Heidelbaugh, a trial attorney in Pennsylvania, revealed their identities in an interview with the New York Post.

According to Denton, Depp can always “start collection actions so he can garnish [Heard’s] pay if she has a salary or wage-type income.”

“He has the ability to attach her assets, which essentially means confiscate them.” He can gain access to her assets, sell them, and cash out.” According to Brett Turnbull, a founding partner of Turnbull Holcomb & Lemoine, “judgments in Virginia are valid for ten years and can be extended.”

“[Heard] might face this sentence for up to 30 years.” If she suddenly received a large sum of money, [Depp] can track it out and pursue it.”
