
Rob Kardashian claims his ex, Blac Chyna, is pulling out of a revenge-porn lawsuit deal

Rob Kardashian has claimed that his ex-fiancée, Blac Chyna, promised to withdraw her revenge-porn lawsuit against him but has since backed out of the agreement.
On Monday, the former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 35, claimed in court records that Chyna, 34, promised to withdraw the action in return for his assistance in getting her dismissed as a defendant in another case filed by Chyna’s former boyfriend, Justin C. Jones.
Kardashian’s counsel requested the judge in court filings filed Monday to enforce the settlement deal purportedly provided by Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani, on May 23.

According to TMZ, Jones filed a defamation and cyberbullying lawsuit against Kardashian and Chyna in October 2017, alleging the former pair fraudulently outed him as homosexual, putting his safety at danger.
Kardashian, who has a 5-year-old daughter with his ex, testified in April during Chyna’s $140 million defamation case against Kim and Khloé Kardashian, as well as Kris and Kylie Jenner.
