‘The Hunger Games’ released a teaser for the prequel and release date

• The first official trailer for ‘The Hunger Games.’
• ‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ will be released on November 2023.
• The video features a terrifying view of a gold snake creeping toward a gold bird on a tree.

The official title of the prequel film is revealed at the end of the teaser, which is ‘The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes.’

The teaser text reads, “You’re invited to return to the Games,” added, “In 2023, the world will discover who is a songbird and who is a snake.”

On November 17, 2023, the film will be released in cinemas across the United States.

The title treatment was revealed only days after Rachel Zegler of ‘West Side Story’ earned a female lead role in ‘The Hunger Games’, ‘Mockingjay Part One’,  ‘Catching Fire’, ‘Mockingjay Part Two’, is back at the helm.

Lucy Gray Braid will be played by the actress who won a Golden Globe for Best Actress – Motion Picture Comedy or Musical for her work as Maria Vasquez in Steven Spielberg’s musical drama.

Francis Lawrence gushed about Zegler, “Like everybody, I first saw Rachel Zegler in ‘West Side Story’, and like everybody, I knew I was watching a star who would command the screen for a generation.
